Vic: Skase relatives refuse to comment on death

MELBOURNE, Aug 6 AAP - Relatives of fugitive entrepreneur Christopher Skase have refused
to comment on his death in Majorca today.

Members of Mr Skase's family, who live in the outer Melbourne suburb of Ferntree Gully,
said they did not want to make a statement and would not have any statement issued on
behalf of the family.

Melbourne-based members of Mr Skase's family have adopted a low profile since he fled
to Majorca after the collapse of his Qintex company 10 years ago.

Rob Skase, who refused to reveal his relationship with Christopher Skase, said no-one
would be commenting.

A female relative, who refused to identify herself other than agreeing she was related
to Christopher Skase, said she would "give it a miss" when asked to comment on his death.
